* Fill in the order form
* Your invitation will be forwarded to the Lady for confirmation of date and time. If the suggested date and time is convenient for the Lady, you will receive an order confirmation notification.
o If the proposed time is not convenient for the Lady, you will receive a letter stating a more convenient date and time
o You may either accept the new suggested time or offer another
o As soon as you and the Lady have agreed upon a suitable date and time for the both of you, there is nothing left to do but wait for the appointed date

What do I need to have a Video Chat?

First of all you need to have a SKYPE account, as we organize all of our chats using this program
Skype is easy to download from the internet and calls through SKYPE are free.

* Internet connection speed of 64 Kb/sec or above (128 Kb/sec is recommended)
* Web camera, microphone, speakers or headphones
Note that most computers and web cameras come equipped with their own microphones
* Flash Player (version 8.0 or higher)
* Computer settings must correspond to the requirements of the service

What are the costs?

The minimum amount of time that a Video Chat may be allotted for is 20 minutes.
The cost of one minute is $2.5
The cost is for 20 minutes is $50

* A Lady has the right to not partake in Video Chat. You will be refunded.
* The Video Chat option is available only to authorized clients .
* Video Chat may only be ordered only for a minimum of 20 minutes but may be prolonged

Video Chat Policy

General rules:

1. Connection failures and time spent on their repairing is not paid;

2. A client cannot order Video Chat less than 24 hours before the time he wants it to take place at;
3. A client can order Video Chat for 20 minutes (the minimum deposit charge is $50), however he may prolong it during the conference if the agency has no other Video Chat orders at that time;
How do i prolong Video Chat?
You may prolong it if you have enough credite at your account. In case you want to use your credits for chat prolongation you will be charged 2,5 $ per each minute of talking

4. A client cannot reschedule Video Chat less than 5 hours before the appointed time

5. If a Lady proposes new time for Video Chat a client has to either confirm or decline it no later than 5 hours before the new appointed time;

Fines/Deductions:

1 prepayment is not returned if a client does not join Video Chat for more than 10 minutes after its appointed time;
2. prepayment is not returned in case a client cancels Video Chat less than 5 hours before the appointed time;
3. payment is deducted in case a client changes confirmed Video Chat time/date less than 5 hours before the appointed time;
4. In case Video Chat is interrupted because of malfunction from the client’s end for more than 5 minutes – the Video Conference is still considered fulfilled and is paid in accordance with established procedure.

Compensations:

1. A client gets all deposit charge returned if the case meets the following conditions:
   1. Connection failure from the Lady's end during the first 10 minutes;
   2. Connection is not repaired from the Lady's end for 10 minutes;
   3. A Lady does not join Video Chat for more than 10 minutes;
   4. A client cancels a Video Chat more than 5 hours before the appointed time;
   5. A client neither declines nor confirms new time for Video Chat proposed by Lady earlier than 5 hours before the new appointed time;
   6. A Lady refuses to join Video Chat after payment has been accepted
